Переписка Валерия Брюсова с Иоанной Брюсовой (1914-1915) как биографический источник(Лингва, 2013)The article concerns the unpublished biographic facts taken from the correspondence of V.Y.Brusov and I.M.Brusova from August 15th 1914 till May 21th 1915, when the poet worked in Warsaw as a reporter of the Moscow newspaper “Russkie Vedomosti” and his wife while living in Moscow helped him in his work.

The main components of the charismatic leadership of the ancient commander are analyzed on the material of Brusov’s two poems. The article substantiates the interest of the Russian poet-symbolist to the personality of Alexander the Great and his doings.

The dominant is preserved in the genre of “literal epistle”, alongside with that the mechanism of communication of interlocutors and the difficult form of their dialogue emerges, which is proved by the analysis of Brusov`s and Baltrusaitis`s poetry.

ItemВ.Брюсов в творческой и личной биографии Нины Петровской(Лингва, 2013)The article suggests the consideration of the personality of Valery Brusov as the reflection object of Nina Petrovskaya, critic and author of memoirs, who was his lover for several years. Her articles and reviews are analyzed with a description of his prose, poetry and translations . Main attention is given to the transformation of Brusov’s image in her “Recollections”, which are aimed at revealing the myths about the poet as mechanical and prudent figure of the Silver Age. Also the author of these memoirs recreated the atmosphere of the Silver Age, the epoch, .imaged by a pen of one of the vivid representatives of it.
