The article presents the main features of the impact of fitness-oriented physical culture classes on the motor preparation, health status and moral characteristics of student-girls at the Brusov State University Foundation (BSU). The paper analyzes the results of surveys among physical culture lecturers and students working at BSU and several other state universities of RA, based on which there were specified the preferred and effective directions of physical education of student-girls. The effectiveness of the physical education process organized on the basis of fitness is based on the physical training, health condition and moral characteristics of student-girls, which is analyzed in detail and formative pedagogical scientific experience.
