In this article, we discuss the issue of internal violence and its
opposition to effort among students in physical education classes. The
manifestations of pedagogical and symbolic violence are also examined. The
research findings reveal evidence of emotional and internal violence during
physical education classes; however, no clear signs of pedagogical violence
were observed.
