The article reflects on the integrated lessons, their peculiarities and connection to students’ holistic worldview. The idea of the integrated lessons came forward in the 19th century, and it was studied by a number of researchers. Even Comenius spoke about the importance of utilizing the interdisciplinary connections. These lessons create interdisciplinary connections allowing the students to analyze, find parallels and see the surrounding world from different perspectives united rather than separated. The students develop a holistic worldview. Our research points out that
though integrated lessons are not widespread yet, they are effective in the learning process and are mainly well received by the students.
