Abstract

The article represents the characteristics, structure and influence of the organizational culture of the company’s human resource management. The role of the organizational culture in the general education school management, particularly in human resource management is discussed in the article. The processes in result of which the organizational culture has a positive influence on increase of the pedagogical staff motivation, is also examined in the article, consequently leading to the efficiency in education.
