Abstract

The article discusses the features of Valery Brusov’s creative perception of the personality of the biblical king Solomon. Based on the material of several poems, the character traits and features of Solomon’s socio-political activity are analyzed. The author substantiates the poet’s research interest in his hero, his historical achievements and their consequences.
