Recognition of foreign qualifications performed by higher education institutions of Armenia: challenges for international student mobility

Abstract

The objective of this study is to foster the recognition of foreign qualifications and credit mobility performed by the higher education institutions of Armenia to contribute to the decrease of the challenges faced by the students and enhance the internationalization of the higher education institutions. The conclusions and recommendations drawn based on the results of the study aim at improving the process of institutional recognition in theRepublic of Armenia(RA) and making it in line with the Lisbon Recognition Convention.
