dc.description.abstract The decision to introduce the idea of mentoring into the educational space of the universities of the Republic of Armenia (in particular, in Brusov State University) is caused by the rapidly growing needs of our society. Mentoring in the RFL training system is a kind of individual educational and educational work with young Russian methodologists starting their teaching activities. Based on the existing foreign experience, highlighting all its positive aspects, we can create our own models that meet the conditions of RFL training in the Republic of Armenia.
