dc.description.abstract The article presents the peculiarities of the influence of students’ rational nutrition on their mental and physical activity. The types and approaches of the organization of rationed nutrition are explained and the data of the questionnaire survey among the students of the Brusov State University are analyzed. The results are discouraging. The vast majority of students perform mental and physical work in conditions of noticeable malnutrition, endangering their health and the efficiency of mental and physical work. During the working day, the food intake of the students is carried out arbitrarily, and its distribution during the working day is unconditional by the volume of the work done and the schedule of the working day. The obtained data can be useful for the students for orientation and restructuring of the process of organizing rationed nutrition, adapting them to the proposed conditions and the received results.
