Abstract

The article discusses the problem of the formation of legal discursive competence of law students. Due to the demand and competitiveness of specialists, an urgent task is to train future lawyers in a foreign legal discourse. The author also touches on issues related to the complexity of mastering the language of the legal sphere, since language and law are closely intertwined and require additional study and research from the perspective of their mutual influence on each other.
