In this regard, the need to train qualified specialists has already matured in Armenia. It is noteworthy that V. BrusovState University was the first in the country to include the subject "Museum Animation" in the list of elective subjects. The article presents the methods of teaching "Museum Animation", the organization and the peculiarities of the educational process.

ItemОсобенности развития аудитивных умений в проссеиональном курсе английского языка(Lingva, 2022) Karapetyan Igor ; Shahnazaryan AgnesaThe article discusses the features of the development of listening comprehensive skills among students of the Faculty of Foreign Languages from the standpoint of different methodological paradigms (Soviet-Russian and Western, especially Anglo-American). Approaches and models formed within the framework of activity and cognitive-communicative theories are subjected to historical and comparative analysis. From the standpoint of the same theories, the main difficulties of listening comprehension are identified, taking into account the language level of students, sociocultural competence, operational memory, manifestations of phonetic interference, cognitive motivation of students, in general, the pedagogical conditions of listening.

It provides descriptions of both supervising institutions such as the Hanlin Academy and educational institutions such as the government-owned Beijing and Nanjing Guozijiang and the private Shuyuan. The importance of the education system in the formation and self-renewal of the political elites of the Empire is indicated, and it is concluded that the education system has been and is the main source of stability and durability of the Chinese statehood.

The authors specify the idea of language learning effectiveness mostly depending on the learners’ active participation and engagement in the teaching process. For this purpose it is not enough to implement the process of simple communication in class. Instead, it requires creating an intensive and regular interactive environment, jointly with appropriate textual material. Actually the use of authentic texts in class makes the teaching process more interesting, enjoyable and effective as these texts are connected with real life and their application fosters the learners’ communicative skill development, world outlook and, the formation of appropriate attitude towards the evaluation of democratic values in life.

ItemԱնհատական մոտեցման սկզբունքի իրականացման հիմնահարցերը(Lingva, 2022) Մկրտչյան ՎարդիթերThe implementation of the principle of an individual approach is one of the primary issues of improving the effectiveness of instruction in a comprehensive school. In modern general education schools a lesson-classroom system founded by J. A. Comenius, is being implemented, but at the same time, pedagogues offer new approaches to organize the instruction process, technologies and so on. However, it should be noted that even after applying all this in the lesson-classroom system, the problem of the principle of an individual approach has not yet been resolved. In the article, we have touched upon this problem, substantiating the impossibility of implementing the principle of an individual approach in the lesson-classroom system, considering the features of the main options for implementing this principle (not purposefully, partly and fully) and specifying the entity that implements the principle of an individual approach in each of them. As a result, we come to the conclusion that the problem of implementing the principle of an individual approach will be solved only by providing an option for its full implementation, where the entity of implementing the principle is the system. Consequently, the solution of this problem implies structural changes in the subject-teaching system.

ItemԲարձրագույն կրթության որակի ապահովման գործընթացների ռազմավարական մոտեցումները ՀՀ-ում(Lingva, 2022) Մովսիսյան ՏաթևիկThe ongoing educational reforms in the European Higher Education Area (EHEA), the COVID-19 and the post-war situation in Armenia have arisen new issues for the quality education system of the Republic of Armenia. The need for simultaneous transformation of the policies and strategies have become urgent. Taking into account the urgency of reviewing the management approaches to the education quality assurance system of the RA, the interrelationship between the strategic management and quality assurance, the strategic approaches of ANQA and 13 accredited HEIs are analyzed in this article. The analysis of a professional literature and a number of other documents shows that strategic development of the HEIs is largely conditioned by the effective implementation of quality assurance processes. At the same time, the research proves that the processes in the RA higher education system are not fully implemented in accordance with the principles of strategic management and the ideology of the Bologna process. Particularly, while developing strategies, the HEIs do not take into account their sectoral peculiarities. In most of the studied HEIs, there is still a gap between the strategic management and quality assurance processes. Although in the documents quality assurance is considered as a separate direction of strategic development of the activities of the HEIs, the issues aimed at improving the quality of education are not practically solved, thus reducing the effectiveness of reforms.

Institutional knowledge of universities is one of the key factors having strategic importance, the management of which contributes to the development of institutional capacities and promotes gaining competitive advantage. Effective management of institutional knowledge at universities is based on strong organizational culture. This article also discusses the four main types of organizational culture (clan, adhocracy, hierarchy and market cultures), among which the clan culture, has the greatest impact on the institutional knowledge management. The universities having clan culture encourage innovation and creativity, problem solving, decision making and change management, as well as apply combined traditional and strategic approaches to management.

Along with a positive impact on increasing the mobility of students of various specialties, such a new approach to organizing physical education classes can also have a positive impact on their health and morale. This article presents the results of a survey conducted among higher education institutions and lecturers of the BSU and a number of other physical state universities of the RA in search of effective ways of physical education of university students. The results of the survey revealed the importance of organizing the process of physical education of university students with the active use of fitness technologies.

ItemԳերմաներեն բանավոր խոսքից ակնկալվող վերջնարդյունքների հաղորդակցական-գործառական առանձնահատկությունների շուրջ(Lingva, 2022) Soghomonyan LusineThe article deals with the communicative-functional characteristics of the learning outcomes of German oral speech at the A2 language level, which are put forward on the basis of a combination of the learning outcomes set out in the 130 new state general educational standard of foreign languages and the revised version of the CEFR. The role of the foreign language communicative competence in the process of mastering situational oral speech is especially emphasized. As a result, speech skills that need to be mastered in relation to the components of communicative competence, are revealed and coordinated, expressed in lexical-grammatical, phonetic and general cultural aspects with content-functional potential. From this point of view, the consideration of the learning outcomes provides students with an understanding and assimilation of a holistic picture of the speaking content.

ItemԻրույթների յուրացման դժվարությունների հաղթահարումը գերմաներենի ուսուցման գործընթացում(Lingva, 2022) Ավագյան ԷլլաWhile studying German as a foreign language students often come across with elements, words, phenomena that are specific only to that language and do not exist in their mother tongue or in other languages they know. Such words are realia. This article explores the specifics of student learning difficulties and the modern teaching methods used to overcome them. A foreign language lesson is effective if it is based on an intercultural component. The study of information on geographical texts, fiction, historical reviews, customs and traditions of native speakers reveals the peculiarities of the national mentality, linguistic features of the given nation. Through them, learners develop the ability to read und understand native language literature, using information services correctly, reading the press, having dialogues and conversations. Methods, techniques and exercises suggested in the current article have been tested in Bryusov State University for teaching German as a 2nd and 3rd foreign language to learners at A1, A2, B1 levels.

A person who led our republic in 1974-1988 and for whom the school, teacher, education and pedagogical science were always priority areas throughout his entire career. The article briefly presents the demands and problems faced by the Folkeducation of that time, the approaches and pedagogical views of K. Demirchyan in solving these problems, increasing the status of the school and the teacher, developing and modernizing the pedagogical science and the processes of training pedagogical staff.

Item«Մասնագիտական կարողունակություն» հասկացության սահմանումների եվ բաղադրիչների համեմատական վերլուծություն(Lingva, 2022) Soghikyan TatevikThis article presents the evolution of the “professional competence” concept, based on its definitions ranging from references to pure knowledge to the ones that consider personal qualities and professional reflection. Properly formulated competence descriptors serve as an interface between education and sectoral industries, hence predetermining their interrelations. Hereby, this article also contains an analysis of the definitions, circulating in the field literature, at the same time identifying the components of this concept that is widely used in higher education. These components may serve as a basis for the 75 identification of teaching and learning content in higher education. It should be noted that the analysis of the reviewed definitions highlighted the “personal qualities” component, containing a number of subjective factors which should also be prioritized in professional education.

ItemՈւսուցչի մասնագիտական կոմպետենտության դիտարկման, գնահատման մեթոդներ, տեխնոլոգիաներ(Lingva, 2022) Արնաուդյան ԱնահիտThis article addresses the requirements for teacher professional competence, with a particular emphasis on legal-normative, pedagogical, psychological, linguistic, communicative, general cultural and other components, that are the basis for teacher training courses. In fact, is the subject of observation and evaluation the professional qualities of the teacher. The professional competencies are the main components of the teacher's pedagogical activity, qualitative indicators, the characteristics of the level of development of the professional culture, which are the subject of the regular process of monitoring, observation, evaluation. The content of the teacher's professional competence is presented as an open system, from which, according to a specific educational process, the qualitative indicators of monitoring / evaluation are derived. Methodological guidelines are provided, observation / assessment scales are suggested, tools that can be used to train teachers training programs, develop projects, organize them effectively evaluate the relevant outcomes. The tables provide a brief overview of the above approach, which can be used as a basis for creating and applying metrics to assess teachers' professional performance.

School conflicts are impossible to eliminate, so it is important to reduce their intensity so that it does not have a negative impact on the educational process.The article presents the results of experimental data obtained from the research on the nature of professional deformations of teachers working in RA schools, their role in the emergence of conflict with students, the peculiarities of students' choice of behavior in conflict situations, the main causes of conflicts and ways to overcome them. The methodological instructions can be used by school psychologists and educators to identify students' conflicts, as well as to improve the process of teachers' professional development.
